		<description>Very thought provoking.  It is always US, when I am offended by something then I know that it is ME taking something personally, and not leaving it with the person who offended me.  As I was reading the first Paragraph, I thought you might be talking about me! LOL&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We all need to take a look at our personal interactions with others.  I have always operated under the &quot;They Should Adapt to Me&quot;  Versus the other way around, not always a good way to get along with others.</description>
